Puzzle Flow

Terms of Service

Effective date: November 5, 2026

In short

These terms are the rules for using Puzzle Flow. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the app and its services handle.

Who we are

Puzzle Flow ("the app", "we", "us") is a grid-puzzle game for Android phones and tablets, published by TeamAppForge. "You" means the person using the app. These Terms of Service ("terms") are an agreement between you and us about your use of the app.

Using the app

Your progress

Ads

Puzzle Flow is supported by ads, shown with Google AdMob in the menus, between levels and when you return to the app. Ads are never shown while you play a level. You may also choose to watch an ad to earn a free hint or to save a streak.

Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for what an advertiser offers or for the websites and apps an ad links to. The ad-free subscription (section 5) makes the game ad-free; ads you choose to watch stay available.

Purchases and subscriptions

Puzzle Flow offers optional purchases through Google Play. Google Play takes the payment, and we never see your card or payment details.

Refunds

Payments are made to Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and are requested through Google Play. If you live where the law gives you rights about digital content, for example to a remedy when digital content is faulty, those rights are not affected by these terms. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may take back what it gave you, such as the ad-free access or the hints of a refunded pack.

Fair use

Please play fairly. You agree not to:

Playing the app in an unusual way that does no harm, such as skipping levels you do not like, is fine.

Ownership

The app, including its game design, level generation, graphics, text and code, belongs to TeamAppForge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you the right to use the app, not to own it. "Puzzle Flow", Boxed, Pipeline, Knight Hop and Tally are names of the app and its puzzle types.

The app is also built with open-source software, which stays under its own licenses. Sound effects are from the "Interface Sounds" pack by Kenney, released under the CC0 public domain dedication.

Other services

The app uses services from other companies: Google Play (installing, updates, payments and ratings), Google Play Games Services (optional cloud save and achievements), Google AdMob (ads) and RevenueCat (checking purchases). Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for how those companies run their services. If one is down or changes, a feature of the app that depends on it may stop working for a while.

Updates and availability

We may update the app to fix problems, add features or follow the rules of the platforms we use. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We try to keep the app running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, work on every device or be free of errors, and we may stop offering it or any of its features.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app will meet your needs, run without interruption, or that your progress will never be lost. None of this limits any right you have by law that cannot be waived.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost progress, lost profits or lost data, that come from using or not being able to use the app. Where a limit is allowed, our total liability to you for anything connected to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes any consumer rights that you have by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Cancel any subscription first, because uninstalling the app does not cancel it. We may suspend or end your access to the app, or to a feature, if you break these terms, for example by cheating or by creating false ad clicks, or if we stop offering the app. Sections that by their nature should stay in force, such as ownership, the limits of liability and governing law, continue after use ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and courts there may settle disputes about them, except where the law of the country where you live gives you the right to use that country's courts or gives you consumer protections that cannot be set aside by agreement. Before going to court, please write to us, and we will try to settle it in good faith.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when the app gets new features or when the rules of the platforms change. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and for an important change we will say so in the app or on this page. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can stop using the app.
